The Teen Prevention Education Program (Teen PEP) is a collaboration among the Center for Supportive Schools, HiTOPS, Inc., and the primary program sponsor of the sites in New Jersey, the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.

Sponsors of the sites in North Carolina include the Office of Adolescent Health of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiatives of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, and North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Healthy Schools.
